Product Description:
HD series helical bevel gear steering box, also known as commutator or steering gear, is a kind of power transmission mechanism. Its arc tooth bevel gear adopts high-quality low carbon alloy structural steel to achieve a high precision harden tooth surface transmission after carburizing, quenching and fine grinding.
HD series helical bevel gear steering box has been standardized and diversified in specifications. It has a single shaft, double horizontal shaft, single vertical shaft and double vertical shaft, and can be positive and negative operation with low-speed or high-speed transmission smooth. When the speed ratio of the steering box is not 1:1, if the input is the horizontal axis, then the vertical axis output speed is decelerated. If the input is the vertical axis, then the horizontal axis output speed is increased.

1. The shape of the box is hexahedron, which can adapt to the installation of different directions.
2. Commutator has seven specifications, a wide selection range, diverse output shaft forms, and can meet the needs of a variety of occasions.
3. Long service life, large bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, gear linear speed can be up to 40m/s, transmission efficiency up to 94%-98%.
