Product Description

XDJ series single screw extruder gearbox is to be matched compound or single extruder. It is a hard-tooth surface gearbox with high precision and heavy loading.

XDJ series single screw extruder gearbox uses parallel cylindrical gear reduction transmission type. The input shaft is connected with a motor shaft through elastic coupling and driven by the motor and slows down through parallel axial gear. The output shaft (hollow shaft) gets output rotating speed, then finishes the whole feeding and extruding process through a pair of gears and the screw connected by hollow shaft spline.

The gear of the gearbox is an involute helical gear . All gear materials adopt high-strength carbon penetrating alloy steel, the gear has high precision loading, low noise, high stability, and high reliability after penetrating, quenching and gear grinding. All support bearings of the gearbox use roller bearings and use imported oil seals at the input and output end to ensure the safety and reliability of sealing.

The lubrication system of the gearbox includes external and internal lubricating oil channels to use. With an internal cooler and self-protection system of oil temperature and oil pressure (or oil mass), the gearbox can work with safety and reliability.
