Product Description:

SHD hopper dryer is used for drying hygroscopic plastics which can reach the highest drying temperature of up to 160℃. The optimal double-layer insulation models can offer uniform drying temperatures with less heat loss.In the drying process, hot air with constant temperature is blown by a blower into a hopper to dry the materials. Moisture will be separated and taken away by hot air, thus gaining a satisfied drying effect.Air blown out of the blower became high-temperature drying air after being heated. Through a screen protector and hole screen, hot air can be equably dispersed in the material of the storage tank. A hot air recycler is optional so the air enters drying blower after being filtered to form a closed loop circle and save electricity.
It is the most efficient and economical machine for drying plastic materials that can be dried and wet from packaging, shipping or recycling.
