2. The gear and gear shaft adopt high-strength alloy steel 20CrNi2MoA to insure high hardness of the tooth surface ,high tenacity core and high precision gear profile by carbon penetrating and quenching twice and precision grinding, the gearbox’s loading ability increased by 30％to 50％than ordinary ZLYJ series gearbox.

3. Low noise by modifying tooth surface , the housing structure with absorbed noise and big gear overlap coefficient,etc.

4. The thrust bearing has excellent axial loading ability. 

5. High running reliability due to the thrust bearing is located in the lubricant oil chamber.

6. Various seal forms and perfect oil leak-proof function.

7. Good heat dispersion performance.

8. Enlarged housing surface area and high efficient plate style cooling forced lubrication system.
